Tejas Seva Pratishthan was established on 15th August 2002 with a singular vision: to empower women through skill development and create sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Under the visionary leadership of our founder Ravindra Sir, we have dedicated nearly two decades to transforming lives through comprehensive training programs in beauty, wellness, and skill-development sectors.
Our mission is to create an inclusive and empowering environment where every woman, regardless of caste or background, has equal opportunities to grow and succeed. We are committed to supporting women by providing them with platforms, skills, and resources to start and build their own businesses—whether in fields like beauty services, small-scale enterprises, or other income-generating activities. Beyond women empowerment, our NGO also focuses on improving education, uplifting underprivileged communities, and supporting sustainable development in villages. Through our efforts, we aim to build confidence, independence, and a stronger, more equal society for all.
